Current availability
In-person meetup planning is the only handoff flow currently available in the Bingalo product preview. Bingalo delivery, shipping, courier booking, and in-app payments are not active.
Meet in person
The sample meetup option has no delivery fee. Use chat to propose a public place and time. Confirm together before traveling; a calendar draft is not confirmation from the seller.
Delivery is coming later
No delivery price, timeframe, geographic coverage, carrier, or courier availability is offered today. Bingalo will publish the actual service area and terms before activating delivery.
Before checkout goes live
The production service must display the actual delivery cost, carrier or delivery model, covered area, expected timeframe, packaging rules, tracking, address requirements, and any item restrictions before purchase.
Delays, damage, and returns
No shipping claims or returns are processed in this preview. A live service needs documented procedures for lost or damaged parcels, delayed delivery, failed handoffs, cancellations, returns, refunds, and dispute escalation. Terms must reflect the chosen carrier and applicable consumer rules.
No insurance or protection promise
The current preview does not provide insurance, escrow, identity verification, or buyer protection. Those benefits must not be advertised as active until the relevant service, eligibility, funding, and claim handling are in place.
