Terms for exploring this preview
Preview purpose
Bingalo is being developed as a local buying and selling marketplace in Israel. This version demonstrates the experience using sample inventory and browser-local interactions. It does not create enforceable purchases, seller agreements, payments, subscriptions, shipping bookings, or promotion campaigns.
Your account and content
Demo profiles are not authenticated accounts. Use only information and images you have permission to use. Do not enter passwords, card details, identity documents, or private information about another person. Saved listings are visible on this browser only.
Fair and lawful use
Do not use the preview to threaten, harass, impersonate, deceive, or distribute unlawful material. The production marketplace will need a complete prohibited-items policy, reporting process, moderation rules, appeal procedure, and seller eligibility requirements.
Deals, fees, and promotions
Prices and delivery fees shown are illustrative. Offers and bump actions are simulations. No fee is collected. Final marketplace charges, payment-provider terms, refunds, dispute procedures, and any buyer-protection eligibility have not been established.
Meetups and verification
Meetup drafts are not confirmed with sellers. Choose a suitable public place, verify the agreed details, and inspect an item before completing a real transaction. Demo online status and receipts are simulations. This preview does not perform identity verification or background checks.
Production terms still required
The legal operating entity, age and business-seller eligibility, applicable agreements, consumer rights information, cancellation rules, payment responsibilities, dispute process, and contact details must be finalized before public launch. This document does not waive any mandatory rights or promise a protection service.
